How should corn on the cob be wrapped and stored?

Store sweet corn in the refrigerator. Its sugar and vitamin C content will diminish in warm temperatures, diminishing both flavor and nutritional value. Keep the husk attached during storage as it helps corn retain its moisture content. If the husk has been removed, the refrigerated fresh corn should be loosely wrapped or  put in a lightly perforated plastic bag so that air can circulate around it.  That will prevent Clostridium botulinim from growing and producing botulism toxin.
