Is it safe to reheat the same cooked leftovers more than once?

It’s not a good idea. Every time food is heated, then cooled, then reheated, it goes through the “danger zone” (40F-140°F), the temperature range at which bacteria multiply quickly. Therefore, it’s best not to reheat the same food twice.
