Berries--Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries

Berries not only vary in flavor, but also  in the ways in which they are handled and stored. Some of the differences are subtle, others less so. Take note to ensure your berries are as nutritious and tasty as possible.

Handling Tips: 
Some berries are more fragile than others. Raspberries should be eaten within 2 days, strawberries with 3, and blueberries within a week.
Wash berries under running water or, even better, use a water spray. Pat dry with paper toweling.
