Cooking Oils

 

Many consumers store cooking oil for indefinite periods of time, usually until all of it has been used. Fact is, opened cooking oil can turn rancid within 1-3 months. If you're an infrequent user of cooking oil, be sure to mark the date you opened it and replace it after 1-3 months.
