How long can I keep dishes made with eggs?

According to the USDA, cooked egg dishes are good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. This statistic refers to an egg that’s cooked IN the dish, such as spaghetti carbonara, as opposed to a dish that uses hard-boiled eggs, such as egg salad. However, salads made with eggs, mayonnaise and chicken, potato, tuna, or whatever should be kept for only about three days.
