Bravo Farms Recalls All Its Cheeses

Gouda cheeseBravo Farms’ recall of its Dutch Style Gouda has now been expanded to include all of its cheeses due to possible contamination from Listeria and E.coli. both of which were detected in the plant after thorough testing by a government agency.

Cheeses from Bravo Farms are sold in stores throughout the U.S. but mainly on the West Coast.  The varieties of cheeses sold under the Bravo Farms label include Gouda, Pepper Jack, Tulare Cannonball, and several styles and flavors of Cheddar.

So far, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.

If you have any Bravo Farms cheeses in your home, you should discard them or return them to the place of purchase.

Ironically, Bravo Farms was awarded Top Cheddar in the U.S. in August.
