Are frozen entrées subject to freezer burn?

They shouldn't be, assuming the packaging is air-tight. Just to be sure, you may want to place them in an air-tight plastic bag. Freezer burn occurs when food is exposed directly to cold air, causing gray unappetizing patches on meat or thick frost on frozen vegetables.
