Where should canned tomato products be stored?

They should be  stored where it’s dry and cool (75° or less). The worst place to store canned products is above the stove or under the sink. Also, never keep them in a damp garage or basement or any place exposed to high or low extremes of temperature. Dampness promotes corrosion of the can, and temperature extremes cause expansion and contraction of the contents, which can weaken seams.
