Is it safe to eat leftover ham?

Yes. Leftover ham should be wrapped tightly and refrigerated as soon as possible. When reheated, it must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. If leftovers aren't used within four days of cooking, they should be frozen or discarded.
