If I find a cracked egg in my carton, do I have to throw it out?

If you notice a crack and don't know how it got there, toss the egg. If YOU accidentally crack the egg but don't want to use it right away, you can store it in a clean, sealed container for a couple of days, and then use it in a baked recipe. Wash that container very thoroughly afterwards; raw eggs are where the danger comes in.
