If the chicken no longer looks pink inside, does that mean it’s been cooked enough?

Not necessarily. Safely cooked poultry can vary in color from white to pink to tan. Use a food thermometer to determine whether or not the chicken is thoroughly cooked. The thermometer should register at least 165°F.
