If I refrigerate leftover brewed coffee to turn it into iced coffee, for how long will it be good to drink?
Answers vary. The kindly customer service person at New England Coffee Company said, with detectable uncertainty in her voice, "I'd say no more than three days or so." Rikki Tucker at Coffeedetective.com gives it as much as five days. We're not talking about any health hazard here, just a matter of taste, so you can decide by trial and error.
