Can melons be frozen?

Yes. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and rind, and cut the melons into slices, cubes, or balls. Store them in a freezer-compatible container at 0°F or lower. Frozen melons should be consumed within 4-6 months. Thaw melons in the refrigerator, and eat them while still slightly frozen. Otherwise, melons will quickly weep their juices.
