Can I freeze leftover lamb?

Yes. If  it is wrapped in an airtight bag, cooked lamb will keep for up to 2 months at a temperature of 0°F or lower. To avoid freezer burn, press down on the bag to remove as much oxygen as possible. Don't slice the lamb before freezing. That will cause it to be dry when reheated.
